Ivo Dos Santos
Ivo Dos Santos has been dedicated to Judo since 1991 and holds a 4th Dan Black Belt. His competitive career includes 12 National and Continental Championship titles, representation on three World Championship teams, and participation in the Olympic Games. As a coach, Ivo's journey includes nine years at Western Judo Academy before founding Senshi Academy. His extensive coaching experience encompasses roles as State and National Coach for both Junior and Senior Teams, and he has recently served as an Olympic Coach. Outside of Judo, Ivo holds a degree in Exercise Science and is a devoted father of two boys.
Isabel Dos Santos

Isabel Dos Santos
Isabel Dos Santos embarked on her Judo journey in 2012 and has earned her 1st Dan Black Belt. She has achieved notable success in various State and National competitions, gained national ranking, and represented Australia on the international stage. Since 2016, Isabel has been an integral part of Senshi Academy’s coaching team, with a particular focus on Adaptive Judo coaching. Her expertise has also led her to serve as the National Coach for Para Judo. Beyond the dojo, Isabel works in education and is a proud mother of two boys.
Zack Kontos

Zack Kontos began his Judo career in 2015 and is a 1st Kyu Brown Belt. His competitive achievements include numerous medals at State and National levels across Junior and Senior age groups. Transitioning from a Senshi Academy student to coach, Zack has been actively involved as an assistant coach and lead coach for our youngest classes since 2022. He is currently pursuing a personal training qualification and works in Martial Arts equipment distribution. Off the mat, Zack’s dedication to the sport and his professional growth continue to drive him forward.
Neyla Caicedo

Neyla Caicedo
Born in Colombia, Neyla Susana Melo Caicedo has dedicated her life to judo since 1995, achieving the rank of 4th Degree Black Belt and a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education and Sports. She complements her training with a Diploma in Early Childhood and a Specialization in Sports Management and Direction. Her competitive career includes seven years on the Colombian national team in the senior category. Her most notable achievements include; Champion at the Bolivarian Games, Champion at the Central American and Caribbean Games, Champion at the South American Games,5th place at the Pan American Games, and 5th place in a World Cup. She has seven years of experience as a university judo coach at the Universidad del Valle, as well as work in programs run by the Colombian Ministry of Sports and as a municipal coach in Cali. She participated as a national coach in 2022 with the junior team in the Pan American Championship. Since 2011, she has translated her passion and knowledge into teaching through her BUTOKUKAN Foundation, where she promotes holistic development.
